We cannot avoid extreme illness if the current trend continues and increases. We’ve even come now to Genetically Modifying are plant life. A small change to add a few of our precious plants to the diet and eliminate one or two visits to the cheeseburger joint and cholesterol is a done deal. I wish the rest of our problems were so easy.

I may be naive but I believe if we made a return to eating more naturally, many of our world problems would slowly fade away. That may be a stretch but our health issues would definitely be a thing of the past. We would actually be able to afford health care again. That’s ironic because we would actually need it a lot less. You have a right to eat burgers and fries and to drink sodas and milkshakes, but throw us in a heaping of fruits and vegetables into your diet every once in a while.
