Be Human Again – Lower Cholesterol Naturally
Diet and Cholesterol go hand in hand. As does most illness, our cholesterol issues begin in the stomach. Animal fats and the myriad of unnatural foods that we eat cause a significant percentage of human illnesses. We have, though it seems, to have evolved into a non-food eating life form. We cannot avoid extreme illness if the current trend continues and increases. We’ve even come now to Genetically Modifying are plant life. It is plant life that is our last bastion of hope for ever lowering cholesterol naturally and becoming whole again.

Our diets and lifestyles beget illnesses that were unheard of just a few decades ago. Diabetes and heart disease claim high numbers of casualties. Obesity will soon be the in look. Prescription drugs will be the food that keep the zombies walking. I can’t prove that our diet has also brought on a assortment of mental illness and anti-social behaviors, but there seems to be an explosion of things like child pornography and men wanting to marry men and things like mass violent assaults on the public and things like extreme greed and hate.
The only difference that I see between the times when these aberrations weren’t so prevalent and now, is the food that we eat.We are not natural anymore and any strange behavior coming from humankind should be no surprise. It should be no surprise at all for our cholesterol levels, that’s the least we can expect. Cholesterol is probably the easiest of the human ailments to repair. A small change to add a few of our precious plants to the diet and eliminate one or two visits to the cheeseburger joint and cholesterol is a done deal. I wish the rest of our problems were so easy.

I may be naive but I believe if we made a return to eating more naturally, many of our world problems would slowly fade away. That may be a stretch but our health issues would definitely be a thing of the past. We would actually be able to afford health care again. That’s ironic because we would actually need it a lot less. I even venture to say that it is your duty to yourself and to mankind to make a dietary lifestyle change. You have a right to eat burgers and fries and to drink sodas and milkshakes, but throw us in a heaping of fruits and vegetables into your diet every once in a while. We thank you for taking care of yourself.
Getting your cholesterol down is a good place to start the lifestyle change. You already know how to get your cholesterol down and that’s by doing what we’ve been told from youth and that’s “eat your vegetables”. I’m actually thankful that mankind has a cholesterol problem, because this easy fix could be a beacon of light back to the natural. When this problem is conquered by a positive change to eating right and natural, I’ll be excited to see what else we decide to do right and naturally.
